Corn or Flour tortillas filled with eggs, bacon, cheese and homestyle potatoes baked in your choice of red or green enchilada sauce. Served in a 9x12” pan.
• Breakfast Casserole – $40
Casserole consisting of buttery buttermilk biscuits, eggs, cheese, and maple breakfast sausage (or mushrooms or Beyond Meats Sausage for a vegetarian option) in a 9x12” pan.
• Bacon-wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapeño poppers – 1 dz. – $20
• Breakfast Egg Muffins – 1 dz. – $24
Eggs, cheese, onion, green pepper, and breakfast sausage baked into individual muffins for easy serving
