I've been working on developing a cookbook for many years both incorporating my own recipes, as well as those passed down to me by my family. I am hoping within the next couple of years to be able to release the first Ice Pick's Pies cookbook.
That said, I will be also adding a Menu to the Ice Pick's Pies this spring that will feature items like this kale, red potato, onion and Monterey Jack cheese enchiladas with Verde sauce! This is a new recipe I recently created and it's so delicious!
