  • How to serve & store your pies.
SERVING SAVORY PIES: Our savory pies may be served at room temperature. However, if you have access to an oven and would like to serve your pie warm and wonderful, set your oven to 250 degrees, cover the pie with aluminum foil, place on a baking sheet (if you have one) and heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the bottom of the pan is warm to the touch. This will mean that the pie is heated properly through the center. SERVING SWEET PIES: We suggest that our pecan and pumpkin pie be served at room temperature. Our fudge pies should be served at room temperature. Our cobblers and fruit pies can also be served at room temperature. However, they are equally delicious warmed. If you prefer this method set your oven to 250 degrees, cover the pie with aluminum foil, place on a baking sheet (if you have one) and heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the bottom of the pan is warm to the touch. This will mean that the pie is heated properly through the center. STORING YOUR PIES: Serving your pie the next day? Have a few slices left over you want to store? Place keep/place your pie back in the plastic container and refrigerate. Your pie should be good for at least three days after serving, depending on your refrigerator.
