We strive to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with every purchase. If our pies arrive damaged, or not to your specification, we are happy to accomodate your refund request. Refund requests must be made the day your order is received. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days from receipt.
We kindly request that you place your order 48 hours in advance of when you need the pies delivered. This is because we do have a production schedule and want to ensure that every pie is given our careful love and attention.

For deliveries in the Austin metro area, delivery is FREE! For all surrounding towns and cities, there is a $10 delivery fee.
